- Charter member of PLW.
- Began PLW career as the masked Shadow Warrior.
- Teamed with Brian Flynn and won the tag team titles, by defeating the Lightning Express. The two were managed by Storm Kelly.
- Won the Trials n' Tribulations tournament to become world champion.
- After losing world title, decided to go back to his roots. He unmasked and reunited with his cousin, and former tag team partner, "Ruthless" Ryan Amaral. The two were collectively known as the Fall River Wrecking Crew.
- Won the tag team titles for the second time, by defeating the Lightning Express.
- Defeated Shane Simons for the New England Title. This was the third time in which Jay defeated Shane and won a championship.
- His New England title was stripped, and he was banned from television, and eventually PLW, for his constant foul language and gestures towards the fans, officials and other wrestlers.
- Attempted a comeback as the masked Mercenary. He unmasked himself after a year of competing under this persona.
